Soundcore by Anker launches Select Pro waterproof speaker at Rs 7,999

Sound core has launched ‘Select Pro’ speaker in India at Rs 7,999. It is currently available in black color only and can be purchased via Flipkart with 18 months warranty. You can also get an additional 5% cashback if you buy it using Flipkart Axis Bank credit card. The company claims that the 6,700 mAh battery in the speaker offers 16-hour playtime in single charge. The portable speaker is equipped with a handle on the top to carry it around. It gets customisable LEDs that blink according to the music. The speaker also comes with a PartyCast feature that synchronizes light and audio across all Soundcore audio devices.

With 30W output, Soundcore Select Pro is claimed to be big enough to party even in the great outdoors. It gets BassUp Technology with two customised drivers and four passive radiators that infuses tunes with a boost of bass. The speaker also features custom EQ settings synced to the Soundcore app, taking sound customisation up a notch.

In terms of connectivity, the speaker comes with Bluetooth V5 pairing and has a USB C charging outlet. The device is fully waterproof with an IP-X7 rating, making it a suitable pick for pool and beach parties. Its PowerIQ charge-out technology can also charge your smartphone while you are playing music.

The new Soundcore submersible speaker joins a range of party speakers that are sold by the company India including Soundcore Flare+, Rave Neo, and Rave Mini. The Rave series has been the company’s best seller since its launch. In this price range, the new speaker directly faces competition from Zebronic and IBell party speakers.
